This is a two bedroom or one bedroom with living room. It is the second
story of a detached house that is a duplex.
The second floor includes four rooms: one large bedroom and one additional
room (living room or second bedroom). The bedroom is about 11 feet by 9 feet
and the additional room is 15 feet by 10 .5 feet. There is a large wardrobe
in the kitchen and two closets. There is also a large clean white tiled
washroom and a large kitchen with light wood cabinets and large window. The
bedroom is furnished- with a bed a dresser and a side table. You have to
buy your own mattress and living room furniture. The kitchen table and
chairs are there.
The kitchen includes a Bosch Washer and a Drier set. Utilities are included.
The house is a five minute walk to St. Clair.
I am a friendly, quiet,tidy, mindful person and I am looking for the same.
Non smoker with no pets preferred. I am open to international students or
